These Terms of Service are the contract between you and CsBubble. They cover the website, the games, the chat, the account, the gem balance, the vault, deposits, withdrawals, promotions, and every related feature we operate. If you create an account, sign in with Steam, place a bet, send a chat message, or simply keep using the site after this date, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not register and do not play. We may refuse service, close an account, or stop a feature at any time. These terms replace any earlier short notice you may have clicked through.
02Who may play
You must be at least 18 years old. If the place where you live sets a higher minimum age for games of chance, that higher age applies to you. You confirm that you are allowed to use a site of this kind where you are, and that you are not playing from a place that prohibits it.
One person, one account. You may not open another account to dodge a limit, a suspension, a self-exclusion, a bonus rule, or a loss. You may not let someone else play on your account, and you may not play on someone else's account. Accounts are personal. Selling, buying, lending, or sharing an account is a breach.
You must give information that is true. A false email, a borrowed Steam account, or a country chosen only to hide where you are can be grounds to close the account and void unsettled play.
03Gems, deposits, and withdrawals
Gems are the balance you use to play on CsBubble. They are not a bank deposit, not a security, and not a promise that any particular cash-out method will always be available. The only ways to add or remove gems are the deposit, withdraw, trade, and vault flows the site actually shows you. Anything else, including a private deal with another player, is outside the site and we do not honor it.
We may delay, limit, or refuse a deposit or a withdrawal while we check the account, the method, or the play. A pending request is not a completed payment. If a deposit does not arrive, or a withdrawal is rejected, the gems stay where the ledger last recorded them. We do not create a separate hidden balance.
The vault is a lock you choose. While a vault lock is active you cannot move those gems back to the playable balance, and that lock cannot be shortened. Rewards, missions, rain, and affiliate credits, if they appear, pay gems only when the site actually credits them. A button, a badge, or a mission card that is locked does not by itself owe you anything.
04How play works
Each game has its own rules, shown on that game. Those rules control the outcome. In general you stake gems, the game resolves, and the account is credited or left short by the result. A bet that has not settled can be voided if the round cannot be completed fairly, in which case the stake is returned and no win is paid.
The games include, as offered from time to time, Battles, Roulette, Upgrader, Mines, Plinko, Tiles, Crash, Dice, Dragon Tower, Pump, Chicken, Mole Smash, Blackjack, Snake Dice, Crown Clash, and Game Show. A game can be paused, removed, or changed. Removing a game does not rewind settled results.
Blackjack, when it is offered, uses an infinite deck. The dealer stands on 17, including soft 17. A blackjack on a single two-card hand pays 3 to 2. A split hand that totals 21 pays 1 to 1. Insurance, when the dealer shows an ace and you do not already have blackjack, pays 2 to 1. Other games publish their own payout tables, including a target return where one is shown. The published table is the rule. A visual animation is not the rule if it ever disagrees with the settled result.
05Fairness and results
Where a game shows a fairness record, that record is the way to check the result after the round. The client seed in your profile, when a game uses it, is part of that check. If you turn on automatic rotation, the seed changes after a bet and the next bet uses the new seed. You should save a seed before you rely on it.
Crash is a live round. It does not use a client-seed and server-seed pair, and a Crash result is not verified that way. Game Show rounds are shared. Everyone in a Game Show round is on the same result, whether they joined at the start or while the round was already moving.
We do not promise a profit, a streak, or a personal return. Past results on the site, in chat, or on a leaderboard are not a prediction. House edge, where a game states one, is part of the math and is not a defect.
06Risk and your limit
Play can cost you every gem you stake. You might lose more than you expected, quickly. You play with gems you can afford to lose. You will not treat the site as income, as a way to recover a loss, or as something you must keep doing.
The responsible-play page lets you self-exclude for a listed period. During that period play, deposits, withdrawals, and rewards stay off until the time ends. You cannot cancel a self-exclusion early. If you need a longer or permanent block, use support in the chat. We may also limit or close an account that shows harmful or abusive play, even if you have not self-excluded.
07Conduct
You will not cheat. That includes bots, scripts, autoclickers, packet edits, shared signals that exploit a delay, multi-accounting, abuse of a bug, and any attempt to change a result, a balance, or another player's account. If you find a bug, you stop using it and you tell us. Using a bug to take gems is a breach, and those gems can be reversed.
Chat, usernames, and profile names must stay lawful and tolerable. No harassment, no hate, no sexual content involving anyone under 18, no attempts to move players off the site to scam them, and no spam. Moderators may delete messages and mute accounts. A mute is not a debate.
You will not scrape the site, overload it, probe it, or try to reach another user's data. You will not upload anything that harms the service.
08Steam and linked sign-in
If you sign in with Steam, you allow us to receive the identity Steam returns, including the identifier, display name, avatar, and profile address. That link is how we know the account is yours. You are responsible for the security of the Steam account. If you save a Steam trade URL or a Steam API key in settings, you do so for your own use on the site. Do not save a key you are not willing to store with us. We may refuse or remove a saved key that looks invalid or unsafe.
Google and Discord linking, and two-factor authentication, are not part of the service until a working control is actually offered. A button that says coming soon does not create an account link and does not add a second factor.
09Promotions, rain, affiliates, and leaderboards
A promotion exists only when we say it does, on the terms we state at the time. We may change, pause, or cancel it, and we may withhold a credit that came from abuse, from an ineligible account, or from a rule you did not meet. Rain, tips, and similar drops follow the same idea: a credit counts when the system records it, not when someone says it in chat.
Affiliate tracking, if you use it, records referrals under the rules shown on that page. We may refuse a commission that comes from self-referral, fake accounts, or incentivized signups we did not approve. Leaderboard ranks are informational. A rank is not a prize unless a specific contest says so.
10The site itself
The name CsBubble, the layout, the art, the text, and the software are ours or are used with permission. You receive a personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the site as a player. You do not receive ownership of the games, the code, or the brand. You may not copy the site to run a competing service, and you may not remove marks or imply that we endorse you.
11Suspension, closure, and reversals
We may suspend, limit, or close an account if we believe these terms were broken, if the account is at risk, if a payment or a result cannot be trusted, or if the law requires it. We may reverse gems that were credited by a bug, by a cancelled round, by a charge that failed, or by play that broke these terms. A reversal can apply to the balance, the vault, and unsettled bets.
If we close your account for a serious breach, pending withdrawals can be refused and remaining gems can be withheld to cover the breach. If we close it without a breach on your side, we will not invent a forfeit. Settled, honest play stands.
12Changes to the terms and the site
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the date of the current version. If you keep using the site after that date, the new terms apply. If a change is large, we may also ask you to accept again before you play. Game rules on a specific page can change with that game. The version in force when a round starts is the version for that round.
13What we are not liable for
The site is provided as it runs. We work to keep it available and accurate, and we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, free of bugs, or fit for a purpose you did not see written here. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost gems caused by your own device or connection, chat you chose to trust, or a third party such as Steam, a host, or a payment rail.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including liability for fraud or for death or injury caused by negligence where that limit would be illegal. If a mandatory consumer rule in your country gives you a right, that right still exists.
14Disputes
Tell us first, through the site chat, and give us a fair chance to look at the account, the round, and the balance. Many disputes are a missing record, not a legal fight. If a dispute still remains, it is handled under the law that applies to the operation of the site, without prejudice to any mandatory protection you cannot waive where you live.
You will not bring a class or group claim to the extent a waiver of that kind is enforceable. You may still use a small-claims route or a regulator if the law gives you that path.
15The rest
If one sentence of these terms is held invalid, the others stay in force. A delay in enforcing a rule is not a waiver. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the rules printed on each game, are the whole agreement about the site. They replace side conversations, old popups, and assumptions.
Questions about these terms go through support in the site chat. Please include your account name and, if the question is about a round, the game and the approximate time.
These terms describe how CsBubble operates. They are the site rules you agree to. They are not a substitute for advice about the law where you live.
